Minneapolis Glass in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a full-time AP/AR Specialist to handle accounts payable and billing/invoicing. Salary & Benefits:

• $50,000 to $60,000 based on experience

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, GL coding, and payments
• Oversee credit card transactions, perform daily billing, bank reconciliations, and payment collections
• Ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system
• Troubleshoot within ERP system when issues arise
• Collaborate with teams, customers, and vendors

AP/AR Specialist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Accounting coursework preferred.
• 2 years of accounting or related bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & accounting software
• Experience with Viewpoint or Acumatica is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Accounting experience in a manufacturing or construction company
